Bangladesh Indenting Agents’ Association (BIAA) observed The National Mourning Day, commemorating the 42nd anniversary of Bangabandhu’s tragic assassination. A special mahfil and dua was offered after discussion on brutal assassination of Bangabandhu and and his wife Begum Fazilatunnesa Mujib, sons Sheikh Kamal, Sheikh Jamal and nine-year-old Sheikh Russell, daughters-in-law Sultana Kamal and Parveen Jamal, brother Sheikh Naser, nephew Sheikh Fazlul Huq Moni and his wife Begum Arju Moni, brother-in-law Abdur Rab Serniabat, 13-year-old Baby Serniabat, Serniabat’s son Arif and four-year-old grandson Babu, three guests, Bangabandhu’s four domestic helps, and his security chief Col Jamil Uddin Ahmed.
Commemorating the independence war of Bangladesh, President Muhammad Ayub discussed regarding the role of Bangabandhu in achieving the present Bangladesh. He said today we are doing business in our own country with freedom which we could never think of if Bangabandhu did not lead from the front for independence of the country. A K M Azad, Vice-President, M Jamal Uddin, Past President,Adv. Rafiqul Islam Masum, Past Sr. Vice-President Md, Nuruzzaman, Director spoke in the discussion.
