A 16-member delegation of the new Board of Directors of Bangladesh Indenting Agents’ Association (BIAA) for the year 2019 & 2020 under the leadership of its President Advocate Rafiqul Islam Masum offered floral wreaths and Munajat at the Mausoleum of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman at Tongipara Thana of Gopalganj District on Friday, January 25, 2019. BIAA stood in solemn silence for some times in honor of the Bangabandhu. BIAA Delegation offered fateha and organized a munajat at the tomb of Bangabandhu for the eternal peace of the soul.
On March 17 in 1920, the architect of the nation was born at Tungipara in Gopalganj. Through his dynamic leadership, Bangabandhu organised the Bangalee nation to fight against exploitation and repression by Pakistani rulers, which culminated in independence of Bangladesh after a nine-month war in 1971.
The BIAA team prayed to the Almighty for the Father of the Nation’s soul to be rested in eternal peace. BIAA President Mr. Masum made his comments in the visitor’s book for all round success, good health, happiness and long life of present Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, the daughter of Bangabandhu.
